國(guó)基簡(jiǎn)介:
2017年度國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金工程與材料科學(xué)部青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目,超聲-壓力場(chǎng)耦合作用下半固態(tài)鋁銅合金中富鐵相的形成機(jī)理及調(diào)控機(jī)制(51704084)。
鐵是鋁合金中最有害的雜質(zhì)元素,廢鋁再生時(shí)鐵將不斷累積,控制富鐵相的危害是促進(jìn)廢鋁回收和高效利用的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。本項(xiàng)目以高鐵含量的2A16鋁銅合金為研究對(duì)象,將超聲和壓力場(chǎng)耦合作用于半固態(tài)鋁熔體,研究超聲-壓力場(chǎng)耦合作用下半固態(tài)鋁銅合金中富鐵相的形成機(jī)理及調(diào)控機(jī)制,達(dá)到降低鋁合金中富鐵相危害的目的。重點(diǎn)研究超聲和壓力場(chǎng)耦合作用下鋁銅合金半固態(tài)凝固過程中富鐵相的類型、形成順序、相變反應(yīng)、形核與長(zhǎng)大機(jī)制的演變規(guī)律。采用數(shù)值模擬和實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證相結(jié)合,分析超聲和壓力場(chǎng)的交互作用和綜合效應(yīng)機(jī)制,明晰超聲-壓力場(chǎng)作用下富鐵相形成的耦合作用機(jī)制。建立半固態(tài)條件-富鐵相特征-力學(xué)性能的定量關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)超聲-壓力場(chǎng)耦合作用下富鐵相的調(diào)控機(jī)制。本項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施不僅有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)資源循環(huán)高效利用和綠色鑄造,還將豐富鋁合金特種鑄造凝固理論,同時(shí)為開發(fā)高性能、低成本的半固態(tài)鋁合金材料提供理論支撐和技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。
個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介
林波,男,1985年生,博士,貴州大學(xué)機(jī)械工程學(xué)院材料成型及控制工程副教授。2009-2014年于華南理工大學(xué)機(jī)械與汽車工程學(xué)院材料加工工程專業(yè)碩博連讀,在國(guó)家金屬材料近凈成形工程技術(shù)研究中心從事擠壓鑄造鋁銅合金中富鐵相的調(diào)控機(jī)制應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究,2014年獲博士學(xué)位。主要研究方向?yàn)椋翰牧现苽?、成形及?jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用;鋁合金再生工藝及裝備;高性能金屬及其復(fù)合材料的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用;目前主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng),省科學(xué)技術(shù)基金1項(xiàng),省教育廳青年科技人才成長(zhǎng)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),貴大引進(jìn)人才基金1項(xiàng),重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室開放基金2項(xiàng)。在《Materials and Design》,《Materials Science & Engineering A》,《Journal of Materials Research》,《Materials Characterization》,《Materials Science and Technology》,《International journal of cast metals research》,《Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China》,《中國(guó)有色金屬學(xué)報(bào)》,《材料熱處理學(xué)報(bào)》,《稀有金屬》等雜志發(fā)表SCI 8 篇,EI 8篇,中文核心3篇。
